Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid plans bought for Bombat Kannada from Tiramai HR Consulting Services LLP.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel: a plan is a single payment for a fixed period and never renews by itself, so you are never charged again unless you choose to renew.

Refunds

Within 7 days of purchase: if the app is not right for you, write to us and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
Charged by mistake or twice: we refund the extra charge in full, whenever you tell us.
If something we sold you does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund you.
After those 7 days, a purchase is not refundable except in the cases above.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@bombatkannada.com with:

the email address or phone number you sign in with,
the date you paid, and the Razorpay payment id if you have it (it is in Razorpay's receipt email), and
if you are happy to say, what did not work for you — it helps us fix it. You will get the refund either way.

We reply within two working days. Once the refund is started, your account goes back to the free lessons; everything you learned stays. Razorpay returns the money to the card, UPI or bank account you paid from, usually within 5–7 working days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund it is processed within 5–7 working days; your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

Use Help & support in the app (category "Billing & payments"), or email support@bombatkannada.com with the email or phone number on your account and the payment date. We reply within 2 working days.
